Just brought a yearling home. When she walks there is a popping/clicking noise seems like from hocks or fetlocks? Any ideas?

I had a 2 year old off the track that popped when he walked. I took him to the vet because I was worried and they said it was his knees. There was nothing wrong with him, just a growing thing. I dont remember how they explained it. But, he grew out of it, stopped when he was about 3 and a half.

I had a three year old do that, and a much older horse (25 or so), and it cause issues with neither of them. I've had it explained to me before that it is like popping your knuckles, its just air built up in the joint and it doesn't really hurt anything.
