I hope this works. This is Snickers. Snickers needs a tad bit of work, but I expect will be just fine for Dakota. She is a 10 year old Shetland and sort of displays a little bit of Shetland naughtiness but so far so good.

She's a nice looking pony. Very cute. I hope she does great for Dakota.

Thank you, Bingo.  So far it's okay. We are using a snaffle, and I'm unsure if she's totally broke to the bit as they claimed. She's not giving her nose as softly as she should.  I'm guessing time and time and then more time will help.
Edited to say, we purchased her up your way, by Chino.

Soft hands and repetition.

How was the weather there? We're still sitting in the high 50s here. I'm sure Marana is closing in on being an oven? ;)

It's mid 80's but blowing some dust. My son rode for thrity minutes and said; "NOPE."
It's no fun with dust in your eyes, apparently.

Haha, I know what he's going thru! We've been having "gusts" aka sustained winds, blowing at about 38mph. Last week they were at 50mph. Come inside from feeding two shades darker and mud forming in your eyes. Lol.
