Everywhere!  Utah is a great state for barrel racing.  There are races in both Northern and Southern Utah.  Most larger races are in Northern Utah, but there are weekly jackpot everywhere.

Location: Utah		From the far north in Tremonton clear down the I15 corridor to St. George.  Smaller races in almost every town and almost every night of the week.

utbra.com has a pretty good calendar showing most of them.

Location: Buffalo, Wyoming		Like everyone has said so far.  Everywhere.  You have to remember Utah is a pretty small state and really only take about 6 hours to drive from the top to the bottom.  You also have some decent races in Idaho and Wyoming you can hit within a reasonable amount of time.
