How is everyone dealing with it? I've always hated it and I dream of living in AZ, but so far with being a stay at home mom I don't hate it as much lol.

Monday wasn't terrible, but today I feel SO tired. I really struggled to get out of bed! I'm super excited we get more daylight in the evening now though, more time for horsing around :) Hopefully we will all get used to it soon. It normally just takes a couple of days for me.

I hate it!  I wish our time just stayed and no moving forward or falling back.  We would still get the extra daylight it would just gradually come and go.  Not a fan of sunsets at 9:00p in July.  I have to get up at 4:30a so the long days are not my fav.

I hate it! I honestly don't care what time of day they decide to make it, just stop changing twice a year, so I can get used to one schedule!
I had to get up and leave for work at 4. The one clock I didn't change was the one in my car. When I got in and it said 3am instead of 4, I wanted to go get back in bed. It really does make a difference in how exhausted I feel that day.

I'm probably the odd one out. I'm loving it! I was able to get all my horses worked. OUTSIDE! in the daylight! I work until 5 pm and lately I've been lucky if I get on my second horse and can still see where I'm going. So I have to alternate who gets ridden first, so that the last horses aren't always stuck riding in the arena.

I love it! Why can't it stay like this year round? The changing I do not like but I think our time should stay this way.

I hate it the days get longer in the summer anyway.
No I have to do all our morning chores in the dark.
I like it getting light early.
Now we stay out & work until dark so it makes you eat supper at bed time

LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got home in the daylight!!!! I finally get to see my casa in the daylight other than on weekends!!! It should be a national holiday!!! I don't mind leaving in the dark in the morning, but I HATE coming home at dusk! I need Vit D & Sunlight! We've got lights so I ride all winter - but it's so nice to see my ponies and flowers in the light!!! I'd be soooo happy if it could stay like this year round!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think one of the presidential candidates should run on keeping the time the same.  I would vote for them.  **** Jimmy Carter for changing it.

LOL - it doesn't change our schedule at all.  Morning chores have pretty much been in the haze.... we ride/work outdoors till after 10 anyways, now we just have some light to get rolling!  I guess we're the odd ones out because we stay outdoors working till all hours regardless of how much sun there is.  We very rarely have dinner because it's always so late.

I'm tired as heck, but I LOVE the extra daylight at night too. I work until 5 and my commute is about 45 minutes, so getting home in the daylight is awesome;  I FINALLY get to see and absorb some sun other than on weekends!
Love being able to tinker with the horses in the daylight!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

I LOVE IT.  I went to bed an hour early Saturday night and I'm just peachy.  Now I get to enjoy myself in the evening.  In about a month the sun will be shining bright once again in the morning during chores and then before you know it, summer will be over and it will be back to being dark with the snow blowing sideways when I get off work.  I'm thankful to see another sunrise and sunset each day, I don't care what time it takes place.

Love it. Gives me a little extra time when I get home from work to actually accomplish things outside. And I get to see my horses in the daylight, lol. It takes me about a week to adjust but then its GOLDEN!

We're in AZ. But woke up the other day with hubbys phone saying one thing, and mine saying another. He had a mini freak out thinking he was an hour late to work. Lol.

I agree, quit changing it up twice a year.  The time change plus foal watch is kicking my tail this year, I have four due this week, I'm swimming in coffee and its still not enough.

Hate the changing twice a year. Why not keep it at 1 time and leave it.... I mean, it's not like we get an hour extra.... there is still the same amount of daylight in the day!

I used to love it without reservation until I had kids in school.  Oh, and when they backed it up a month--it used to change in April so the mornings weren't so dark.  Now I have to get up super early to get them ready for school and it kicks my butt, and they don't want to go to bed at night then are super cranky and difficult in the mornings. This will go on for 2-3 weeks.

I do like extra daylight in the evenings. I'm not a morning person at all and don't really wake up until lunch time even tho I'm up walking around accomplishing things (sort of).  The longer the daylight is on the end, the more I get done.

Love it. Hated living in AZ where it was dark by 7pm in summer. Only time for me to ride is after work and without lights it made for rushed evenings. I like being outside and having it light until later. Who wants to sit inside all year long?

I Love it.  Bring on Long summer nights where the sun doesn't go down until 10pm. Heck yes.
I've never understood people's major difficulty with it? But I dont have kids, so maybe that's it.  Yes there are the same # of hours in the day, but now the workday starts an hour earlier so we got more daylight hours after work. What's not to love?

I wish it would stay on this time (with more afternoon/evening hours in the light) all year round.  They started making the change in the Fall occur after Halloween because statistics showed that less kids got killed out trick-or-treating because they had more daylight.  I wonder how much safer it might be having it this way year round.  I love having the extra time to do horse stuff and other sports after getting off of work at 5 p.m. in the summer.
