| I have a 2011 GMC 3/4 ton denali and absolutely LOVE it. Payed enough for it used but really do love it better than my old dodge. No comparison. |

Location: Somewhere between raising hell and Amazing Grace | This is good to hear. SIX months later...we are finally divorced from our dodge 5500. Check in hand, truck sitting at a dealership waiting to be towed to Dallas. ?The local chevy dealer was supposed to have ordered our Silverado 3500 6 weeks ago. 3 weeks ago i called to ask for an estimated delivery date, to find out they hadn't ordered it and would get it in that day. Yesterday we found out they still have not ordered it yet. They said *IF* the order gets picked up next week it will be roughly 8 weeks until we get it. I was beyond frustrated so we started looking around and are driving 3 hours today to look at a brand new 2015 3500 Denali for a little less then what the chevy would have cost us. |

after a laundry list of problems that included injectors, head gaskets, rear diff bearings, ac condensor and cab leaks, I finally got rid of it at a considerable loss and bought something else.

Location: 100 miles from Nowhere, AR | We have had great luck with GMC and chevy, and the Duramax/Alison has been very reliable. Even with heavy farm use, they have held up super well. I love the redesign on the 2015s. Especially the Denali. My truck is a 2010 GMC slt 3500. The only issues I've had from it were caused from it being a rebuilt. (Won't do that again). The 2005 and 2008 I had were great trucks and are still being used on the farm. The only reason I'm not still driving the 08 is because it was a 3/4 and I needed a 1 ton. |

I don't know what is going on with your Chevy dealership, but I was talking to the Ford dealer I go to (ordered my car through them) and they have cars they have ordered but over a month later Ford hasn't gotten around to making them yet, and some they quit producing and they still have allocations for those cars. Its kind of ridiculous, and I don't know if Chevy is having a similar issue or if it is with your dealer.
Basically, the GMC Denali is the exact same truck (mechanically) as the Chevy you were ordering, only Denali's are REALLY fancy usually, top of the line. GMC's have always had more equipment and held a better book value used than Chevies have, even though mechanically and drivetrain they are the same thing. So I hope that helps your decision. :) |

Location: North Central Iowa Land of white frozen grass | I would say that the dealer that kept delaying your original order is having money problems. The day a new car or truck goes on the line the money is taken out of the dealers account. If the money is not there the order is kicked out. |

Location: Oklahoma | You will love it. I have a 2015 and have had zero issues with it. Pulls like a champ and I couldn't ask for anything more. We weren't looking for a Denali (just a Chevy LTZ or GMC SLT), but we found it for thousands less than what the LTZs/SLTs were going for... and the interior is much nicer. |

Do it - you won't be disappointed.
The Duramax engine is great and the Denali interior is pretty fantastic. We (my family and I) have had a Duramax of some sort since 2002. Hauling across the Rockies multiple times a year with loaded, double decked livestock trailers has never been a problem.
My SO and I have a 2006, 5.9 Cummins Dually, 4 door - great engine put in a tin can. It can pull anything, but the ride does not even compare to our Chevy dually. The Dodge is turning into the farm pickup and we're buying another Duramax in the near future. |

My mom has had hers since May 2014 and still doesn't know what all the buttons do. I'm a gadget freak, so I have to push everything in the first 10 minutes to see what happens. |
