It's a new thing on facebook. Let's say I'm selling bell boots, and I want to get $30 for them. I sell ten numbers for $3 dollars each. When all ten numbers are claimed and paid for, I notify the site administrators who make a random draw 1-10. I get 30 for my boots. One lucky person gets new bells for $3. Nine not-so-lucky people just lost $3 each. Gambling for tack.
