Anyone used one? Pros and cons? I have a horse that likes to chew on anything and everything when tied and don't want her to chew my trailer! Looking for a good solution.

My husband works at a body shop and they have installed several of the SpringTies and the HiTies. He really likes the concept but if you have a horse that does not tie good they can really do some damage to your trailer. With that said, if you have a horse that doesn't tie good, it really doesn't matter how you tie them they can do some damage.

I was wondering about that it probably isn't has simple to repair as when a horse breaks a hook! Thank you very much for your input! I might just make a vinyl tarp to cover the side

I had one for my colt that used to chew on the trailer. honestly it was so annoying having him walk circles spin around etc I didn't use it but one time. I sprayed some spicy repellent like no chew over my trailer let him put his mouth on my fender and that was the end of that. it hosed off, was cheaper, and didnt damage the paint or aluminum
