Location: lone star state | I am a classic equine fan. We have used them all. I was having problems with the Velcro on all brands. We made some minor changes in shoeing and now have no issues with Velcro being torn on my overreach boots. Also fit is very important, if bottoms are wearing or your horse is getting rub marks the size needs adjusting. |

| The hard shelled professional choice bells hold up really well. Soft shells don't last as long |

Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | I really like the Pro Tech by Classice Equine, they have a harder shell and hold up really well. If your having trouble keeping on bell boots, check to make sure you have the right size and check to make sure your horse is being shoed/trimed right, if your back toes are too long it will caused the over reaching and you could cause alot of brusing of the heel or worst.  |

| Classic Equine and Iconoclast. The Professionals choice ones fit funny to me and last like one ride, my horse wears 4 bells so I go thru a LOT but Iconoclast seem to be winning the longest lasting award! |

Location: Somewhere around here | Thank everyone! They're not getting worn out by my horses hooves actually, it's like the material on the bottom on the inside frays and comes apart. IF you don't open the bell bot up they look nice on the outside but if you open it up you can see the material underneath the protective layer. |

Location: Where the long tails flow, ND | The one bells that haven't frayed on the bottom are RES. My Prof. Choice, and CE's both have and I feel like my horses might trip from stepping on that extra frayed material?? |

Yes! Mine do anyways, but they do have the option to buy new velcro as well. Did you contact the company at all? They are great to work with as well |

Location: Oklahoma | RES bell boots are great. I've used 1 pair for 2 years and they still look new. The Velcro is replaceable so if it tears it's $5 to buy a new strip of Velcro. |

I think the velcro on RES is the strongest out of the boots I've tried! It lasts way longer than my Prof. Choice and Classic Equine |

| She's close in her hind end and even with a little different shoeing she still gets lazy and steps on herself sometimes. I'd rather spend the money on extra bells than fixing her hooves...she doesn't run any differently I just get a lot of questions haha! :) |
