Has anyone had a horse with this? If so what did you feed? Cost how long etc. I can't find much information on this so any info is much appreciated

Yes, Contact Heather at Simply Equine. She has an Adrenal Balance herb mix that is very good. It is a 60 day treatment, however sometimes the adrenal system can take a while to get back in balance. My horse is on the supplement from Heather. It has made a huge difference on him. We started him last Aug and this spring he is a completely different horse. I can't wait to run him ;)  Heather is wonderful to work with.
