My barrel horse is very sensitive to flies. They make him crazy.
I would like to put a fly sheet on him this summer, but I live in a warm climate (between 90-110 degrees in the summer) and don't know what brand is the best to use in a hot climate.

I use the Saxon Weatherbeeta sheet and it gets hot and humid here (and we get tiny little mosquitos and gnats) and it works great! http://www.statelinetack.com/item/saxon-softmesh-combo-fly-sheet/SLT723062%2069%20WHT/?srccode=GPSLT&gclid=Cj0KEQjw6My4BRD4ssKGvYvB-YsBEiQAJYd77aiAxJBFVvmwXHpNFRw2uzDUJJlSeWYANtjZgefnMhUaAhZF8P8HAQ&kwid=productads-adid^40184828028-device^c-plaid^96467784828-sku^85472-adType^PLA

We don't get that hot here in ND but we get 90-95* days with high humity and I've had great luck with Rambo Flybusters and Rockin SP deluxe flysheet by smartpak. Amigo Bug Buster is another good option as well. All have insect repellent built in and both have 95% UV protection. I would choose the Rambo Flybuster for a horse harder on their clothes and the Smartpak one for a horse who is easier on their clothes. I have one of each for my horses that they rotate all summer so I can wash the other. That high UV protection helps keep the heat off of them. I know we don't get as hot as you but my horses have NEVER been sweaty under their flysheets and they wear them 24/7 in the summer. The horses at the barn I board at without flysheets are always sweating on the hot days and my horses never are. Keeps them comfortable all summer.
The one in the picture is the Amigo Bug Buster.. it gives great coverage down the legs and really doesn't leave much area for flies to bite.
Shoofly Leggins for their legs are a must as well!
