watch the #17 horse change to a right lead heading into the straightaway .... inside horse failed to change and ran out of air ...

Watch the mph slow down to 34mph in the final turn vs 37ish for the previous portion of the race ......... most people think horses speed up in the final part of the race ... stamina, conditioning and smart jockey will win you a lot of races.

Loved when they were interviewing Mario on horseback and he said something like "Praise God for sticking around with me."  (in my best broken English)
