My daughter and friends are transferring to WT and are looking for a small horsey place to live. We are looking at buying or renting. We've looked at most of the things listed, liked some, but haven't found 'the one' yet. I thought I might put this out there for any locals that may know of places not publicly advertised. TIA

You might PM TXDad and ask if he knows of anybody with a place. They are around but not always advertised because they tend to get leased/rented by word of mouth.

My sister and I attended there. We shared an apartment with really affordable rent and then kept our horses at a local boarding place that was very affordable. Worked pretty well for us. I think they offer board at WTAMU's horse center too, which is pretty nice. I worked there a bit in the summer while I was in school. I really loved going to school there.
