I saw one for sale, decent price, looks like a nice saddle, but never heard of them before. Any info on them? Thanks!

This is NOT my picture, but the only one I have.  It looks kind of like a Crown C.

Nice looking saddle, but it looks to heavy to be a barrel saddle, looks more like a roping saddle but the horn is not thick enought to be a roping saddle. Hummm, Is this a cutting saddle?

Its "supposed" to be a barrel saddle, but I thought the double skirt doesn't look like a barrel saddle either. It looks nice, but, never heard of it and my research on the internet has not resulted in anything.
