I have used it on nervous mares and it seemed to help. Haven't had luck when I tried it with geldings.

Several years ago I used it on my rope/barrel gelding, it made a world of difference in him.

I do and been using it for years, its not going to work over night, you got to give it some time. I use Vita B-1 crumbles by Farnam.. But it dont work for everybody, but it does for my gelding that looks for something to booger him,..

 Yep this is the same stuff that I fed my horse.  Like you said it won't work on all of them but it does on a lot of them.  I don't think it is very expensive so worth a try.
