Shall Yôur wonders be known in the dark? In Psalm 88:12 , the psalmist poses the question asked by many in the midst of suffering and sorrow. Can I trust God's goodness in the bad seasons of life?
The answer is simple and straightforward: YES!
God's power are not diminished in the presence of your difficulties. His sovereignty is not challenged by your uncertainty. Your questions do not intimidate God. Ask questions, but honor Him by waiting expectantly for His response.
This writer began every day calling out to God. Why? Because he understood the power of persistent prayer. He knew that God did hear and would answer, so he prayed and prayed and prayed. This same avenue into God's presence is made available to you. Even in the darkest moments of life, He is there, awaiting your call.
Once again, Scripture reminds us that God's presence does not equal pain's absence. However, because of God's presence , pain's potency is limited. Difficult times may certainly lead to dark days, but dark days need not mean defeat. Ask God to give your strength to call on Him,, even in the darkest moments.
Begin this day crying out to The Lord. Wait expectantly for His answer and TRUST His presence.
For it is WITH God all things are possible
Father God, guide me today to do all things that bring glory and honor to You Amen
have a VERY BLESSED Day, it's a day The Lord has made be glad and rejoice in it AMEN AMEN!

This scripture and message means a lot to me and my family today.
My dad has dementia, he has good days and very bad days. Saturday was the worst so far, verbally abusive toward my mom and me. My baby sister was there. I got them out of the room and he laid into me, I started praying Father God, calm his mind and mouth, give him peace in the precious blood of Jesus my Lord and Savior Amen
Dad looked up at me and started crying, said oh Sheila I didn't realize it was you. He kept apologizing, then ask for my mom and he kept saying he was sorry and he loved her so much.
I can handle my dad, I don't take any of this personal, my poor mom does to a certain extent, because most of the time he directs it towards her. I am taking him to doctor Thursday morning to see if I can get a referral to another dr to have second opinion on meds.
I know there is no cure? But hopefully we can control his mood swings.
This is our second bout with dementia , my moms mother had it, it is the devil in disguise on the mind. They get split personality, roller coaster day to day. It breaks my heart for my mom she is a young 80 yr old woman, still able to do a lot of things. I told her her life is not over, she needs to go and do all she can while she can, my sisters, and I will be the rock for her. I feel basically my dads life is over, he is unable to do anything except eat, go to bathroom and sleep. Thank God he can do these major things.
THANK GOD! My sisters and I get along so well, we are ALWAYS there for the other. Kay will come stay with mom and dad while I go on mini vacation with my husband to Florida, this is first one in 18 yrs, without animals and his company paid for. I am excited, and have anxiety at same time. With Kay here I will be able to relax more,
I have kept a daily journal of dads medical needs, drs appointments, blood pressure chart.

Father God, I lift up my mom Virginia, and dad Bill in the precious blood of Jesus. lay Yôur hand of grace, to heal, comfort guide us in these dark days . I pray in the. MIGHTY NAME of Jesus AMEN
