Whiteboy - 2016-05-26 1:36 PM Lol Some of those horses are clearly not prepared for this race. Mollis' Heavenly Firewater looked really good though.
Babies can make you crazy...rockstars one day and look like they've never seen a barrel the next.
My little mare has been doing right well her futurity career placing in many and winning one and today was awful.... Can't blame her or the Jockey, just one of those days and I can't be disappointed with how she has ran all year... ( Reasoning for a new account name and I sold the horse with the name of my old account. ) Time to move on, head up, be proud of the horse she is ( My pity party only lasted for a few minuets ). It sucks but it is reality. I have the most respect for each futurity trainer. This was my first colt and certainly not my last.

The nice thing is that the furturity is only the beginning for most of these horses. They will go on and get some more seasoning and make some fine horses. That first barrel was a bugger for a lot of horses today.

I wish I knew what horse ran yesterday in about the last 50 head. He was a dark grey with a male rider. The rider was on the smaller side. He ran a 17.3 but knocked. Does anyone remember?
