Circling to the left in circles my horse if stiff as a board and slightly turns his head to the outside instead of bending towards the inside. When we try to bring it in, he gets a little ****y and almost just stops forward motion completely. This is new behavior within the last couple weeks, but even more so noticeable last night...Any sugguestions??...he used to be nice and bendy both ways:0) I thought I try a Chiro first, then maybe go from there...

With new behavior like this, I definitely have a chiro check him. Also check your saddle and saddle fit. May also need a vet exam.

If it's recent I would first check teeth! He could have a sharp one, might have something stuck in there etc. I would then move to lameness exam. Maybe he slipped and hurt himself or pulled something. I would move to chiro only after vet visit. Maybe ulcers to. Unless you changed saddles or pads or something I wouldn't suspect saddle fit as a problem just my opinion.

Is this horse a finished horse that you've been hauling a while? Or is he younger? I'd probalby go to the vet first, check the teeth and do a complete lameness exam, including back. If that all checks out, a reputable chiro or MT.

Maybe issues with teeth, in need of chiro, or stiff in the left front/right hind. If your horse is completely sound, I would try softening your ribcage, lifting your inside hand straight up (if you pull out he will brace behind his shoulder), and bumping while lifting at an equal or slightly lower height with your right hand. The lower your outside hand is, the softer he will be, but harder to collect.
