I had a horse that had an issue similar to this, but it was because he had a slight club foot. If a farrier didn't pay really close attention, he would be uneven all the way up to his shoulders. At one point I had a new farrier place a small wedge pad on the lower foot for a little while until he could even them back out. I would definitely find a farrier that can get his angles closer to each other and keep an eye on his shoulders, withers etc. for soreness. I can't tell if your horse has a club foot but I would be very firm (not mean) to my next farrier and make sure they understand the issues you've had in the past. It may take a couple resets to fix, but they may be able to remedy with a wedge until the issue is fully resolved.

I think it depends on the overall confirmation - is the high heel correct or too high? If it is correct then it'll take a bit and some patience. If it's too high then a little sooner but still, depends on the horse. We have a couple that grow foot fast and some who grow sloe no matter the conditions. Moisture and heat typically encourage growth. Adequate biotin and melthionine to encourage growth and someone specialized in correcting these issues who will do it slowly with the best interest of the horse in mind.

The foot with the higher heel is normal for him. Before this farrier they both looked like this foot. Going to mention a pad untill we can get it back to normal. Would you still ride? I am paranoid he is gonna get sore now.

I wouldn't ride him until his feet are fixed, I'd be worried about suspensories. I'd get him to a really good farrier with a set of fresh X-rays and try to get it straightened out.

Stay off this horse untill you get something done, even after you start getting this horse fixed stay off for a few days are week untill it adjusted to being normal again.
