So I have 2 cactus saddles that I would like to get all the specifics on as I am trying to sell. They both have serial numbers one stamped and one is handwritten. Can I just email cactus with the serial numbers and get all info? Has any one done this?TIA

I emailed or called - don't remember which. Or maybe I did both, ultimately, but I was put in contact with a guy who gave me the info I needed. I found the contact information by googling.
Yes!! I do have to say the customer service with them was excellent when I dealt with them.
I sold mine, to get a bigger seat size. Well when I got my new one (it was used obviously) the sellers got the gullet size wrong. My fault I didn't check but was very upset. So I contacted cactus and when I was looking for another used one I kept emailing this lady serial numbers to double check if they were full bars or not and she would let me know the exact measurement of the gullet. They were so nice about it too and she kept telling me it was no trouble. They can tell you the exact gullet, seat size, everything
To be honest it was very shocking how many people would say it's "full bars" even giving out picture measurements when half the time it wasn't! Not that they do it on purpose it's just most don't know. Always good to check
