I had a horse with a broken splint bone and a suquestrum, so he had to have it sawed off and replaced with a plate and screws. He had problems for much longer than expected, so I fed him Equibone and it fixed him. I'm a believer!!

No experience with a bone spur, but I know of two horses that benefitted greatly from it. They were older horses with significant lameness and navicular changes on x-ray and were able to be competed on for several more years with Equi-bone. Not every product will work for every horse, but I would highly recommend trying it.
ETA: I have had experience with several of their products and have been pleased with them. From the Performance Horse Plus to the Attitude to the Hoof Builder to the Founder Free (which unfortunately they do not carry anymore).
