2 years ago we bought a yearly filly with the thoughts that my hubby and I would both take turns riding out on the trail when we rode. Fast forward to this year and my hubby due to medical issues can't ride. We now have this 3 yr old mare that has 6 weeks of training as a 2 yrs old and 3 weeks more this spring. She needs more riding and has issues loading and is kind of spooky. The trainer says lots of wet blanket time and she has a big motor. Due you think it possible to trade this horse for a broke horse. She reg. Quarter cow bred. I would want a reg quarter horse about 10-12 yrs old been there done that. What are my chances?

I think if you're looking for a well broke horse for trail riding and yours is a nicely cowbred filly you should be able to get a trade done or even get the filly sold outright and find a suitable horse.
