Just depends on whos shipping for you I would think, To be on the safe side I would say around 50. I had one shipped to me when I had a custom one made and it was 55 for the shipping and that was this year from the maker. That ws from Salem Kentucky to Seguin Texas.

 I would think it would be the same as a regular saddle. But I would suggest shipping FedEx as USPS is not reliable. Regardless of if you have tracking and insurance via USPS if something gets lost, it's lost. If it goes off weight, I would charge $45 for shipping just to make sure you have enough. 
It usually costs about $30-$40 depending on the weight of the saddles. Usually when I charge $45 to ship I have about 10 left over. But if it's roper I have about $5.
