I think she met top barrel horses- I haven't seen a whole lot of Playguns at the NFR but I think he is beginning to get recognized as a barrel sire

That's exactly it. Saw a few this year that have really done well, but he is definitely an up and coming barrel sire and I hope we will see a lot more. He also has some really nice sons standing so they should be able to keep it going.

PG Dry Fire by Playgun has sired quite a few tuff futurity winners, open 1D winners and sent a couple qualifiers to The American.

My first futurity colt was by a son of playgun. We LOVED her!! Very smart and athletic! I have an embryo out of my Dash Ta Fame mare that I want to breed to Fiestas Gotta Gun. I love that cross.

He is just such an amazing boy to be around. And has a heart of gold! Couldn't ask for anything better out of him. I plan on putting a few ride on him this coming fall and then turning him out. Then I will be starting him in the spring. I'm excited to see his future..

There's an own son of playgun (stud) that runs in my area, he is one kick a$$ dude and always runs top of the 1D. Stands quietly alongside the mares. Plus I think he's excelled as a rope horse as well.

That makes me so excited to hear! So far he is keeping his manhood. I can haul him and pony him off my mare, and he minds his P's and Q's. then I can turn around and take him to our local nursing home and he lets the residents love on him and he isn't pushy. So I cant wait to start him and see what his future holds!
