Has anyone else had problems with cosmic cowboy hats? I ordered a helmet and paid in full for it on June 27. I've sent three emails but they won't respond to and now their Facebook page is gone and their phone is shut off. I was wondering if any one else has a contact number for them other than 843-307-6114 ?

Wow thats a bad deal for you, I wonder if you facebook one of their endorsees, and ask to see if they are still in business. I went to their website and saw the endorsees, strange that they would still have a website up and not return phone calls are email.

When I ordered it said 6-8 weeks for delivery now it says 4-6 weeks but since none of the emails are going thru anymore & the ph & fb are down I think it's time to try to get my money back. I did get ahold of one of the endorsees & they said they can't get them to return phone calls either & has had a lot of people get in touch with them with the same problem. Now I guess I would like to let everyone know not to order from them because you still can because the web site is still up but you can't contact them. Thanks all!

If you paid with paypal, open a dispute...that will light a fire under their butts.
My daughter was entered in a facebook contest, we managed to get over 1,000 likes on her picture for the contest...and won. Got an email from the tack maker stating she had won a custom breastcollar.......waited a few weeks, nothing. Then POOF, facebook page gone and wouldn't return calls/emails/texts. People like that really tick me off.
