I am refurbishing a saddle that has a lot of sentimental value to me. I want to order a new concho set for it. Can you guys give me recommendations on places that sell the sets?

It depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for generic, run of the mill every day conchos I would go with conchos.com. They are reasonable, have quick shipping and a large selection. They don't sell "saddle sets" so you will have to know how many of each size you will need.
If you want something custom, there is a lot of options for custom. Pretty much any silver smith has a line of conchos but they can get pretty pricey starting at $25 a concho.
Corriente does conhos now as well and sells them as sets. You can get generic or have them customized for a reasonable price.

I found that you can buy conchos from Double J. Weaver Leather has many conchos also, some the same design as Double J but for 50% -60% less. Could the two differ in quality greatly? What would you do?
