Location: near Chicago | I'm looking for a barn with 9 or more horses in or around Houston to conduct a two day hands-on equine chiropractic technique seminar.
Barn owner plus one guest attend free. Barn owner also gets a cold laser set.
I cover all advertising and food expenses.
I'm looking at sometime in November/December.
This is the only seminar I plan to do for a long while.
Please PM or email me if you're interested. dkamen4492@aol.com
Thank you,
Daniel Kamen, D.C.

Location: Canada | I hope one day you will come to Ontario, Dr. Kamen :) I'm a CEMT and bought your book, I use it as a reference ALOT, there aren't many good equine chiropractors in my area. Wish I was still in Texas for the seminar, darn! |

Location: near Chicago | I would gladly do a seminar in Ontario, but it is not allowed by law.
Years ago I scheduled a hands-on horse adjusting seminar in Toronto--and it sold out within two days (25 registrants). The next thing I knew I got a certified cease and desist letter from the Ontario Veterinary Board threatening me with all sort sorts of things if I went ahead with the seminar. They said just the act of teaching, not practicing, but teaching animal chiropractic techniques in Ontario was aiding and abetting the illegal practice of animal chiropractic. Not only did they send out that letter, I got two calls from their association warning me not to do the seminar. I ended up doing that seminar across the border in New York. Everyone of the 25 registrants showed except one.
Then the fun started.
About a week after the seminar I got a suspicious, blocked call asking me how my Toronto seminar went. It wasn't hard to smell a rat. I told them I didn't know about any seminar, but the food I bought in the Space Needle was terrific. I got several more calls just like that for at least another month. Each time I described the food I ate--with an ever changing menu. They finally stopped calling when I asked the last caller to give my best to the chef the next time they visited the Space Needle.
They don't know their customer. I live for these moments! |

Location: near Chicago | I haven't found a place in Houston yet, but I did schedule a hands-on horse chiropractic technique seminar in Monona, IA November 5th and 6th.
