My cell is 330-937-6000. The department number is (330)425-1234. We’re still taking reports on Lydia Culp. Won’t be anything new for quite some time until this goes to court. She is still in jail. Her first court hearing won’t be for another couple of months.
Here is how it works: The case was sent down to Common Pleas in Summit County since this a multi felony case. In about 3-4 weeks we will go in front of a Grand Jury and get her indicted, in another three weeks or so the case will be assigned to a prosecutor and a judge. That’s when we will have a meeting and discuss with the prosecutor on which direction to take. She is currently cooperating so this will make it go a little faster as far as getting restitution, but once again I can’t guarantee anything.
