What is the best way to care for hocks before and after run. With all the stuff out there, I am confused on what's the best product or therapy for the hocks. What's your favorite routine's?

IMO, cheapest, most effective is cold hose for 10-15 min. Then, let dry and rub down with liniment. I use Sore No More but you have a lot of choices.

I do BOT before the run a couple hours.  After run I cold hose or ice.  Then once the leg is dry and we're all done for the day I'll use the Sore No More and BOT again.
