Hello, I recently bought a new Circle Y Kelly Kaminski flex 2 barrel saddle. I bought it in May. The past couple of months I have noticed a popping noise coming from where the stirrup fender meets underneath the seat. It's not a leather creaking noise either. I have noticed it happens more if I haven't ridden in a while. When I ride in it everyday, the popping isn't there. Does anyone have any idea of what it could be? I'm gojng to try and send it in once the season is over since it's under warranty. Thanks!

I have this saddle as well. It does the same thing. I have found that if you turn it upside down and give it a good dose of baby power up under the fenders it will stop. Have to do it about one every two months.
