Greenville is literally the saddle capital of the world. We live just outside Greenville, and there are hundreds of small saddle makers there that make private label for other larger companies. Could be anyone. East Texas Saddlery is no longer in business though the building is still there. If you can post a picture of the saddle from the side, I might could send to a few friends who work in the business and get more information. Lots of turnover due to trades and lots of people who do work in their homes and bring in finished product early in the morning and during the night.

I have owned 3 East TX saddlery saddles and loved them ALL. Makes sense why they never answered when i called them.. :(

I'd almost guarantee this was made by Loredo saddlery in Greenville. They also make the private label saddles for several other major retailers.
I agree. Laredo makes Saddles for larger companies. This is a production made saddle. Not a handmade. Doesn't hurt the price of the saddle but also doesn't help it.
Just be sure you contact LOredo and not LAredo....two different makers. ;) Here is a Loredo saddle. See the similarities? I used to work for a company who owned several saddle companies and I worked with the guys at Loredo to private label saddles for us several years ago.
we've owned this one for several years and the person we bought it from said it was ~$750 new which seems about right quality wise. figured it was "production" simply b/c of where it was originally sold new. IMO it's better quality over the Corrientes we have - in the market for a couple 12" saddles is the reason for asking

yep - that looks like it ---we almost spent more on replacing the fenders than what we paid for the saddle
