So we picked up this handsome fella last week! He is a 2yr old who never raced (full brother was too slow). His pedigree: http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/rain+on+the+qb

His sire is a full brother to Leaving Memories, and I have heard good things about the Oak Tree Special horses! Does anyone have any experience with anything in his pedigree?

Whatcha guys think?

Very nice!!!  I have heard nothing but good things about the Oak Tree Special horses.  I own a grandson who is just a weanling but I love him.  I know of some that are closer up on the pedigree and they love theirs.

Very nice. I have an OTS daughter that I've been pretty impressed with. She's fast and has a lot of athletic ability. I also have a barrel horse that my daughter is riding that is out of a full sister to Leaving Memories that is really nice too. Love the pedigree on your new horse.

Thank you all for the nice comments!!! We are super excited about him! Im also excited to hear about the awesome horses you guys have with similar breeding! Glad he has a good shot at being a great horse from the sounds of it!!

Have you guys noticed any of them to be nervous or take more time for things? He seems pretty laid back but does seem to occasionally get a little nervous in higher pressure situations. Nothing bad, he is just a 2yr old so
