You can visit www.ibra.us for all information pertaining to the association. You can also find your state and a list of shows for the upcoming year, keep track of points, etc...I'd read through the rules (fairly short) so you're aware of what to expect. Good luck and have fun!

 Welcome!  I am the Ohio director. Don't be intimidated, it's just another barrel race and you will find everyone is generally helpful and supportive. 

Make sure you know if the dress code will be enforced so you are properly dressed if needed. Know your draw number and be up and ready to run when you are called. One thing I noticed at a show recently from someone who is new, stay clear of the alleyway unless it's your turn to run.  They were kinda milling around in the alleyway. That's not safe for anyone. If your horse knocks or goes off pattern, don't school or circle the barrel twice. Other than that, have fun!
