From what I see, Trump dominates my county AND surrounding counties with yard signs, vehicles with Trump flags, HUGE turnout for his rallies that have taken place here in Michigan the past few days... cities and townships had lines out the door to vote at 7am! The feeling in the air is GREAT for Trump. What are you seeing?

I hope he takes Michigan! I'm in a small area of Ohio.I see nothing but Trump signs within a 40mile area both east and west.I hope my state VOTES SMART and votes TRUMP.who knows what Cuyahoga county will get away with this year.

Geography is going to have a lot to do with what you are seeing. Cities are mostly going to vote for Hillary. Rural folks are mostly voting for Trump.

We're seeing very high voter turnout (I work at City Hall). I'm in AL, so obviously we lean way towards Trump, but I'm still impressed with the number of people motivated to get out and vote!

ND is a red red state. That said, Trump all the way.
The lines were long and enthusiasm seemed high. Just wish we "mattered more" with only 3 electoral votes.

Polls opened at 6:00, I arrived at 6:30. I had to park in a field and waited in line for 30 minutes to vote. Everyone seemed upbeat and entergeic. No one talked about who they were voting for, but KY will go red.

I live in a rural area in KS. At my polling place, there are actually two lines, one for the city ballot and one for the township (my line). I didn't wait at all, but I intentionally went at 1:30pm--after the lunch rush, before school got out, and before the two major manufacturers and nursing home had shift change.

There was no line at my table, we still sign in on a paper book (after they check your ID), and there were a number of "ADVANCED" notations visable. Also, I overheard the ladies talking that they'd already had double our normal turnout, she said sometimes only 30-40 people vote in our township. There is not a large population in our township--and many of those are Holderman Mennonites, who traditionally do not vote--but I did notice my paper ballot was numbered 76.

I'm curious to know now if any of my Holderman neighbors chose to vote--like I've heard that large numbers of Amish are voting because they feel their religious rights will be threatened. I'll have to ask my neighbor...

Polls opened at 7:00am here. I got in line at 6:30, didn't make it in the building until 8:40. My husband went in later and took him about the same amount of time to get in. Turnout around here has been unreal.

In Florida 50% of all eligible voters voted by mail or by early voting so the lines haven't been too bad.

Apparently CO has had the system crash so they are now taking provisional ballots according to CBS in Denver.

I'm very disappointed in a handful of my close friends... They say "I'm not voting because I hate them both."

Cool.

I see a replay of the last two elections.  The people who are property owners, and middle class working people vote conservative.  This does not provide enough electoral votes to counteract those who want the government to redistribute our paychecks.

Exactly why the electoral college has to go!

That is exactly why electoral college is needed so small states have a vote. If you go by popular vote the big city's and big states will always out vote the mall states and rural areas.
