I've been using Muscle Milk with 20g protein, but two hours later I'm starving.  Any suggestions?

I like Core Power drinks, Rockin Refuel, and Jay Robb whey protein powder. I only use the chocolate flavors. They all taste really good, I can't choke down Muscle Milk.
Core Power has 26 grams of protein, Rockin Refuel has 30 grams, and Jay Robb powder has 25 grams.
Core Power and Rockin Refuel come in bottles, Jay Robb is powder that you have to mix with milk (mixed with water tastes disgusting). I have a hard time getting it thoroughly mixed because I don't use a fancy bottle, just a glass and spoon.
You need to up your protein to help with feeling full.
I personally can't rely on protein drinks alone to keep me full, but the Jay Robb powder mixed with milk does a pretty good job. If I'm trying to use that as my lunch, I also have fruit or pretzels, or something good to snack on to hold me over.

If I fasted for 2 days on nothing but water I might KILL someone!

I use Body Fortress Whey Protein in chocolate flavor. It has 200 calories when mixed with water and 30 grams of protein per scoop. I mix mine with milk though. I can run it for most the day before feeling hungry.

Walmart/Sams Club has a cheaper version that I like better with a lil less protein and I mix in it a Yeti with coffee gfor breakfast and its heaven.  ETA that does not fill me up I have some bob's redmill oatmeal with it as well.

I actually graze on healthy protein snacks all day really

I use GNC Lean Protein.  So many of them upset my stomach.  This one and Dr Axe's are the only two I've found that don't and keep me full.
I mix mine with unsweetened almond or coconut milk and spinich.

Premier protein shakes is what I drink. It has 31 grams of protein, only 1 gram of sugar. I enjoy the vanilla. Great taste, not too sweet.

Optimun Nutrition Gold Standard Whey protein is what I use. I was working with a personal trainer who recommended it to me. It tastes great with water, almond milk, or soymilk. I have done the chocolate coconut, vanilla ice cream, cake batter, key lime, and extreme chocolate. The Vanilla and Ex Choc aren't anything special, but the other three are great. I think they have about 23-25g protein and 120 calories per serving. I usually add some frozen fruit to the vanilla or cake batter. I have also used the chocolate to mix with cold coffee and ice to make a Frappe drink. I have also used the Quest Protein Powder. The Peanut Butter is deliscious! It's my absolute favorite powder. I usually have a small snack with my drink such as some dry cereal in the morning or cheese in the afternoon.

I'm sure there are some fluffers that burn a ton of calories.

Depending on how busy they are for the day.

Sounds like I need to add something.  I usually have some sort of snack about 10 a.m. because I'm hungry.  I'm a grazer and eat a little all day.

I like the premier. I get it at Sam's. I have found that if I make it myself I stay full. For convience I will also get the cartons of the premier.
I mix vanilla, unsweetned almond milk, cocoa powder, cocounut oil and ice. Sometimes will add pumpkin to it.. So good

Xyngular Lean shake is the only one I can stand, many others upset my stomach or taste horrible to me.
My Dr told me our bodies can only absorb about 9 grams of protein per hour, and the rest of the protein you eat will be used for energy or turned into fat. Told me to stay away from the higher protein shakes as to much protein isn't good for us.

I do 1 C water, half banana, 1 Tbsp PB and like 7-9 ice cubes.  I stay a lot more full than when I grab a Starbucks and a bagel or bacon Gouda sandwich.

My trainer has us add a scoop of protein powder (she prefers true nutrition brand) to 1/3 C rolled oats and 1 tsp coconut oil. This is extremely filling and holds me till lunch. If you want to add some unsweetened coconut it gives it a little crunch and could add chia too. This is a perfect blend of carbs, protein and fat. Could add a little fruit as well if you wanted but that could make you hungry later from the sugar in it.

I don't do shakes, so no help there. But...if you mix a spoonful of the vanilla powdered protein (I think mine is muscle milk..not sure) with plain peanut butter, it is DELICIOUS! I am supposed to eat more protein - calories/fat/etc etc is not a factor for me, so this may work against a goal you are trying for with respect to those issues. Great snack though!
