I need to get our dog a new bed. He's almost 10 years old and just starting to get a little stiffness. We have concrete floors in our house so I want to get him a GOOD bed. Any ideas?

I bought a magnetic bed a couple of years ago for my senior dog.  Can't remember the company but you can google and find some I am sure.  She loves it and I have seen a difference in her movement.

We just bought a new bed for our old arthritic dog, got it at walmart. Its a stuft bed with really thick memory foam. Looked at petsmart first and the beds were soo expensive and the outer fabric actually wasn't as nice as the one at walmart.

Just bought the furhaven bed on sale from overstock.com. My rotti loves it and she's a BIG GIRL.

Look into CuPet blankets from PHT. You can throw them right over a dog bed. They are fantastic!

Before back on track made dog beds we bought our aging pointer mix a back on track back warmer and used it on top of her large bed we bought cheap at costco. I worked fabulously for her old joints, she also had an old acl tear and the BOT made her much more comfortable. If its on the floor, there is always an animal on it.. makes me pretty confident its doing them good!

I found canvas covers for dog beds and then cut up an old memory foam mattress topper and made my own, they are about 6" thick. The fur kids love them and the SO occasionally falls asleep there too after wrestling with the fur kids.

I really like Orvis dog beds (www.orvis.com); they are kinda spendy though. They have all different kinds, depending on how your dog sleeps and some with memory foam. On their website, there is a "dog bed selector"...lol...
