| Soft Yeti coolers. My son won one years ago at SGBI Jr. Nationals show and he is still using it today and it is probably his favorite award won. We also still use the duffel bags he won. These were all won in the early 2000's to mid 2000's. |

| I am having my district awards banquet tomorrow night. I got monogrammed fleece coolers (and look for sales and closeouts - I got really nice Weatherbeeta ones regularly priced at $90 and I got them for $30 each), monogrammed jackets (Costco has really nice ones priced $15-$20). Let's see I also put together reusable bags with Vetricyn, horse brushes, hoof pick, a tube of wormer, and a rope halter. I got a super great deal on buckles and while I don't think they are as nice as some out there, my district is small and the price was right and they are decent buckles (got them at 60% off). I also picked up Iconoclast boots and bell boots and got a discount on those since they were for awards. This is for my small district but other cool things I would like to give in the future or even get myself are Classic Equine Bio-fit pads, Weatherbeeta winter turnout blankets, check this out for some awesome ideas - we have used them for our NW NBHA finals awards too - https://www.facebook.com/Cowgirl-Works-158865180808056/. I really love the fire pits that she makes. If you want to get really fancy for tack - there are many places for the blinged out headstalls and monogrammed breast collars. Fuel cards are never bad. Heck - even dinner out gift cards are nice too. Hope this helps with some ideas. |
