Tomorrow marks Jer’s fifth heavenly birthday. I was going to post this tomorrow but I am currently 86 votes behind and I desperately need your help….please VOTE for Luke.
My goal is to have this picture hanging at Capitol Hill in honor and memory of my Jer and to bring much needed awareness to the BEAST (Sarcoma) that took him from us at the very young age of 39.
