Long story short in 2010 I cracked a vertebrae and then sometime after sustained a compression fracture to the same vertebrae. (Only recently found out abouth both of those things.) As of right now I have no solid answers other then that, can not ride, and basic life has me in agony. So until we figure out a definite plan of action and I get another opinion, I am very interested in seeing if a quality joint supplement may help me. (Spine Dr is leaning towards my pain being from arthritis to the T4 joint from the damaged vertebrae.)
Yes i am still seeing Dr's and no i have not given up. Just trying to see what i can do on my end in the mean time. |

Platinum Performance has a human form too, I believe.

Location: NE Texas | Cur-Ost 100%. You won't be sorry. Through the use of curcumin and other inflammatory herbs, the anti-inflammatory benefit of these products packs a very powerful punch. Even better is the fact that through the use of these herbs, you're providing your body with nutrients via whole foods and herbs and providing the tools necessary for healing in other areas as well. The benefit far exceeds the pain reduction, as inflammation is the root of all evil. Get ya a blender bottle and some OJ or grape juice. The first week is rough to choke it down, but then you'll start craving it. Trust me on this, you won't look back! |

Location: California | It didn't matter what I blended the CurOst in I literally can drink it because I will throw up. Unless there is some way to completely mask the flavor my gag reflexes kick in. Unfortunately that is not something I can control. Lol. I tried choking it down for 2 weeks. I'll try again but my last attempt was very unsuccessful. :( |

| I take Terry Naturally Curamin Extra Strength. I get it from Amazon or my health food store. I was taking the CurOst but it disrupted my IBS and diverticulous. This (in my opinion) works much better. |

Location: Southeastern Idaho | I also cracked vertebra in my spine and broke 8 ribs in a horse accident years ago. I am currently taking Replenex Extra Strength from Melaleuca. I feel like it helps. I do want to try Ceytl M for humans as I have seen what it does for my old dog.
I also purchased a good mattress, Intellagel. Made a huge difference.
And I do have to exercise daily or it feels like I seize up. Prayers to you in your journey. |

| I can't afford the Cur Ost for me and my horses so I buyCurcumin 95 by Jarrow and boswella by Nature's way. They seem to work ok, but me knee has flared up. I have doubled the curcumin for now. This takes care of the pain and some of the inflammation, but I read where Curmun Phytome(?) is more suitable for joints do I am getting some today. I was told by my doctor to take 2 Aleve 2 times a day for 2 weeks, but that is upsetting my stomach. It worked though. |

I was on a muscle relaxer 3x a day and 500mg Naproxen 2x a day for almost a year. While it helped my pain level it was just band aiding the situation and not doing much. So my spine Dr wanted me off of it all since it's really hard on your organs as well. Trying to find something g easier on my body that will still help! :) |

You can buy pill capsules and put the herbal supplement in them then just take like a normal pill. We use Pro Athlete and it has helped my husband so much. He has several issues that are pretty bad and he won't go without it because he can tell so much of a difference. If you need info on it just pm me and I will tell you. |

| Which human supplement from Curost are y'all taking that tastes bad? We take the curost hu pure and I don't notice any taste? Not bad anyway?
Fiancé takes a basic tumeric pill from Walmart. He says he's better with pills than powder haha. I harped on him about taking the curost for a while and if I mixed it and handed it to him he would. So then one morning we're watching CBS and they did a segment on tumeric - he goes "maybe I should try that stuff". He got quite the look from me.
But he does do pills better. He forgot them like the last 3 days because he was up early to deer hunt, he did say he felt more sore this morning. |

I tried that with Cur Ost Ultimate. You have to take so much that you can't take it that way. I was only half way through filling capsules and I was at 20 capsules! The Curcumon I am taking really does help but I take 2 capsules 3 tomes a day along with 1 capsule of Boswellia. My chiropractor just told me to take it with some kind of healthy fat - fish oil peeled, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. |

Location: California | My main concern with putting the CurOst is capsules is how many do I then need to take? I'm not sure what the dosage would be. I forced myself to take it this morning, it took me 3 hours. Lol. I now remember another huge reason I quit taking it, because it makes me burp all day and my burps taste just like the supplement. So I'm on the verge of throwing up every single time I burp. Not ok. Lol. I have the CurOst Hu Pure and I can not stand the flavor.
I'm replying quickly on my lunch! I will review everything again when I get off work! |

Totally don't know what I'm talking about, but could it mix in like a milkshake or something? Or do you have to take a lot of it? |

I mixed it in my Carnation Instant breakfast and that taste was still too strong. It's honestly not a huge amount, it just has such a STRONG flavor. The directions say to take 1-3 scoops once tor twice per day and for best results to mix with cold water or fruit juice. I'll look to see if anyone around me has a pill capsule filler thing since I still have over half a container of the CurOst Hu Pure. |

I will mention it! I'm definitely going to push for further tests! I'm really NOT ok with pushing it off as "arthritis" and being done with it. There has to be more to it. |
