The Prime Sport Ticket Excange booths are usually at the Convention center, they are actually the cheapest way to buy tickets and we bought ours the day of the rodeo, they also have a website but I don't know how soon in advance you can buy them. https://www.primesport.com/d/nfr-tickets

Stubhub. two years in a row with no issues. Also, the tickets seem to come down in price the closer you get to the rodeo. People get antsy to move them I guess. So I wouldn't look to buy 2017 tickets until Oct/Nov next year for myself.

We have been using nfr-rodeo.com (you probably have seen their phone number 1-888-NFR-Rodeo, when shopping around the web) for 10 years now. Folks there are very nice, and accomodate our requests for aisle seats too. They are very competitive with the pricing at the NFR Exchange website and stubhub. I like that they do not have the hidden fees that pop up right when your about to check out and purchase. I respect that and give them my business even if their price is 1-2% higher than the other sites. They come through every time and they personally called us after the event and asked if we were happy with our seats. Very good customer service. A+ in my book.
