Location: Deep South | Took this to a party last weekend and everyone was dying to know the recipe. Lol! Literally just bought 2 things of buffalo chicken dip from Publix and a round loaf of bread. Cut the top/center out of the bread loaf to make a bread bowl, put the dip in it. Popped it into the oven to heat it up. You can cut up the top of the bread bowl into little squares, once they're toasted they're perfect for dipping!

Looks like this when you're done, can do it with any kind of dip!

We do this but add ranch dressing mix to the cream cheese. Very tasty. |

| I make a cheese ball that is quick and you can make it into any shape to make it more festive. I have made it as a pumpkin, horse and a Christmas tree. My other go to are Ham and Ranch Tortilla roll ups. |

| There is a SUPER easy dish that I love to make and would be a great appetizer!
PS it makes a lot so you can cut it down if you want!
In a crockpot you put: 2lbs of sausage cooked, 3 cans of original rotel (not drained), 3 cans of corn, 3 blocks of cream cheese.
After you brown the sausage, you can put all of the ingredients together and melt it down in the crock pot. Serve with tortilla chips. IT IS AMAZING and so addictive!!

Yes they use tortillas
Below is a cheeseball that I really love. It is kinda unusual and has some spice to it. I work in the family catering business and it is a popular cheeseball. The turmeric is in the spice section of any decent supermarket.
Mexican Cheeseball
2 8oz blocks cream cheese - softened
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp cilantro
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 teaspoon minced garlic (jarred is fine)
1 TABLESPOON chili hot sauce - I use Saracha ( Walmart in the Mexican section)
Mix all ingredients. Line a small bowl with clear wrap and fill it with the cheeseball mixture. Chill for a couple of hours or overnight. When ready to serve, invert the bowl on a plate and peel off the clear wrap. Lightly sprinkle with a mixture of cilantro and red pepper flakes. Go easy on the red pepper flakes unless you want it REALLY spicy. This keeps well in the fridge. Can be made well ahead of time. |

yep! I buy the Burrito size ones. spread the mix, roll it up, then I put them in the fridge for a couple hours to set up, and that makes cutting them easier.
