3 John 1-2 Beloved , I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
As you think about your over all health, consider your soul. Have you given you heart and life to The Lord Jesus Christ? if so, are you spending time in the Word and with Him? Praying? These things are necessary for a healthy soul.
If we really think about that. We have to conclude that the health of our soul is even more important than our physical health. Spend time today giving your soul a workout. Fill it with the Word of God, feed it like you would Yôur body with food. And watch yourself grow in a relationship with Jesus.
For it is WITH God ALL things are possible
Father God, guide me today to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You Amen
