I'm very interested to see what exactly Salt Lake comes up with for the Olympic style rodeo they are talking about having with the PRCA rodeo. They gave up the ERA too.

I had heard the same thing about the PBR buying them out. Somehow I find it hard to imagine they would buy the ERA to just do nothing with it though. I think we will see a re-emergence after re-organizing and a good over haul. I have heard whispers of perhaps just the 3 roughstock events. We shall see.

That makes sense. When my sister was running WPRA years ago there were some rough stock riders pushing to get the roping events taken out of the PRCA, especially when PETA first started focusing on the PRCA.
