I would check with a high school counselor. About the only thing I can recommend is to make sure they are accredited.

Location: Texas		I'm not sure what state you're in, or if state laws are different. But in Texas they don't require you to go to school to be a Pharmacy Tech. I got a Trainee license and learned on the job at CVS while going to nursing school. After several months and studying, I took my test, and became certified. CVS paid for my test.

Location: Texas		 Sent you a pm. I highly recommend anyone going through nursing school or into the medical field to be a pharmacy tech. It pays well for a starting tech vs minimum wage college student jobs, and only goes up when certified. I worked while getting my nursing degree. I didn't have to study pharmacology. You can be a pharmacy tech in retail, compounding, mail order or hospital.
