SO I was in Edna tx at the texas extreme barrel race today and I was in the office when a girl came in that I recognized and I know that she pro rodeos and holds a WPRA card. Well she tried entering the barrel race today which is wpra sanctioned but the barrel race producer of WRAP N 3 denied letting her enter. Is the Barrel race producer allowed to do that since it is a WPRA event and the member is in good standings
