Looking for other peoples experiences with tendon injuries. My mare tore her Deep Digital Flexor Tendon and I have never in my life treated such an injury. The vet claims it is a mild tear but I have been battling constant swelling, heat, and the winter mud sure isn't doing me any favors.

What kind of treatment plan did you use, any recommendations?

Looking for some sort of light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you in advance!
