I was just thinking today if I should get my younger dog on joint supplements to reduce the risk of anything happening ex. hip dyspepsia. My question is do any of you use a supplement for this or recommend anything to prevent such problems?

I have an Aussie that as a young pup had some trouble with his hind end. Vet told me to keep him on glucosamine. Diamond dog foods has a formula that has glucosamine and chondroitin in it that I fed and now I am feeding another brand that has it. I can tell a difference when I have to feed a dog food that doesn't have any in it. He gets a little stiffer. You might try a good brand dog food that has glucosamine in it. Usually, it is in the food for performance dogs.

Recently just started my dog on THE Canine Edge Joint Support and super happy with how my 9 year old is moving around. She is a large dog, weighs about 100 pounds, and was starting to move slower. Now she is running around like a young pup lol Love seeing her happy

I have 4 on Platinum Canine CJ, ranging in age from 12 1/2 to 1 year, and I love it. My old girl jumps around like she's doing the moon walk at feeding time!
