| I'm taking my solar nails off today and I know they will be so weak and thin. What can I do to help get them stronger quicker? |

| Basically, the only thing you can do is take a hair, skin, and nails vitamin to help them grow. Nothing Topical is going to do much. |

| I always just take a good hair/skin/nails vitamin and keep a thick layer of a nourishing top coat on them. Then I let them grow out completely before getting another set put on. |

I disagree. I have had very good luck with OPI's Nail Envy.
Yes! When my mom had chemo the nurses told her to use Nail Envy and she wouldn't lose her nails. She used it and never lost a nail. I guess you almost always lose them after long periods of chemo, which I never knew prior to her experience. |

Location: California | Agree with OPI Nail envy... I typically have really weak/brittle/flaky nails & this stuff makes them strong & grow fast. I usually buy it off Amazon. |

Location: The best kept secret in TX | OPI Nail envy for two weeks. Then I get a gel manucure with Gel polish from a nail salon. The gel keeps them protected while they grow. Leave the gel on until it chips. Repeat with OPI for two weeks and repeat the gel polish manicure. It takes a while but your nails will grow back faster if you keep them protected.
I wear the solar nails on special occasions but only leave them on about a week before i get them soaked off. It ruins your nail beds to wear them constantly.  |

| I take HAIR, SKIN AND NAILS. This takes about 6 months to grow a new nail. I had flakey nails that broke easily and now they are thick and hard. I wear rubber gloves when I am doing anything really irty or wet and wok gloves for its things. Gloves protect your hands in general. Men wear them all the time. |

| Back when I owned a tack and feed store we sold the heck out of hoofmaker to lady's just for that. It was kind of funny you could always tell when a women would come in all dressed up with a blank look on her face you knew she was looking for hoofmaker for her nails or main&tail for her hair LOL |

I third Biotin, after I started taking it, I actually have to clip my nails weekly - never in my LIFE had I clipped my nails - and I.AM.OLD. |

| Flax seed has worked wonders for me! I've noticed my nails and hair condition have improved so much since I've been incorporating it in my diet. A couple of tablespoons a day. I put it in my oatmeal or yogurt. |
