Were taking a short 4 day trip flying into Houston and driving to Galveston to stay.
Just seeing if there is any MUST do in Houston when we fly in (not a whole lot of time) and any must do's in Galveston, I have been to both but still haven't done everything. I did enjoy Bishops Palace, Moody Mansion, Pier 21 etc but anything else? I know the restaurants and board walk are amazing too!
Would you recommend watching a movie in Houston or Galveston also?

The Alyssa, the tail sailing ship. The Strand in general is neat. Galveston State park. Ride the ferry over to Crystal Beach and back, take something to feed the seagulls. In Houston, Herman park. Ship channel. If the Stock Show is going on, that is a must.

If you ride the ferry over to Crystal Beach, eat at Stingaree. Their fresh seafood is great. I think you can pull your boat up to the dock and they will even cook your catch of the day. Also, catch a ball game while in Houston.
