I use the knee brace. I notice a difference with all their products but the knee brace is the biggest life saver for me. I own an extensive list of their people and horse products. My husband is totally anti anything "homeopathic", just is very closed minded about stuff like that working, and he has been stealing my BOT blanket for the past month. Even my cat singles out the BOT blanket over any other blanket. I figure animals don't lie; results are results. |

| I sleep in the BOT T shirts for relief of back pain. I also wear the lower back wrap/brace and neck wrap. I've had shoulder and neck surgery, numerous injuries, and the relief BOT products provide is amazing. Husband thought he would have to have another knee replacement. I bought him the knee brace, he wore it for 2 weeks and hasn't had any more pain.
Remember not to place BOT products in dryer. |

I had both knees scoped a few weeks ago and am still dealing with pain. My knees swell after walking for at least an hour- wrapping helps keep me mobile but the swelling is still there. My next option on my one knee will be replacement but I don't want to look at that as an option. |

| I have the knee brace and I love it. I put it on when I go to bed and in the morning my knee feels great. No more pain. I also have the long sleeve shirt and I wear it when it is really cold out. It keeps me warm. |

| That is also what I was wondering. I have the beginnings of arthoritis starting I guess and had a steriod shot in my right knee which helped but doesn't cure. Then this week for some reason my left knee started swelling. No injury that I know of and I have been using my Light Relief on it at night and it feels better but I need some kind of brace during the day. |

Location: SW North Dakota | I had knee reconstructive surgery 2 weeks ago- I was looking for my BOT knee brace this morning, but my son stole it.
It relieves enough of the swelling to make the tightness feel much smoother. The best way that I can describe it would be that it feels like it "melts" the swelling. My knee feels like molasses in zero degree weather, but after an hour or so in the BOT, it feels more like molasses in 50 degrees. So, it doesn't make it perfect, but makes enough difference that I'd sure like to be wearing it right now!
I have another month on crutches and a year before the doctors say they will let me run barrels. I think they will change their minds. hehe |

| Yes, they work awesome! It's nice to know what works on you is probably working on your horse too. A couple of years ago I got my dad a long sleeve t-shirt that he wears to bed. He wore that thing out and I had to buy him a new one! Since he liked it so much I ordered my hubby an elbow brace (works construction, it was bothering him) and he said it definitely helps. |

| I usually don't buy into stuff either, but I have been super impressed with the quick wraps on my horse that always stocks up. I haven't used any of the people products because I really don't have any issues that needs them, but I will say that my sister broke her arm in our arena this past year and knowing she would have to ride in a vehicle 30 minutes to the nearest hospital, I grabbed one of my quick wraps to make a "sling" for her arm. The nurses and orthopedic surgeon told us when we arrived that they had never seen a break have such little swelling and putting that wrap on her arm while in transport probably saved her from having to have surgery. I was pretty impressed by that. |

I had my knee scoped in November and still experience swelling. Do not be alarmed. After the fact, they told me it could take up to 2 months for swelling to completely go away. It is still in the healing process. Now if it swells up like a basketball, you probably have fluid that needs taken care of. I would recommend physical therapy. BEST THING I EVER DID. People and doctor's say you won't need it, "because it was just a scope", you do. It has helped my balance, muscle memory and strength tremendously. I also use the BOT knee brace...sometimes during the day, sometimes at night. It really takes away my aches and pain. |

My second favorite human product after the knee brace! I have a lot of hip pain; whenever I sleep in these I have way less soreness in the morning. This may be TMI, sorry!, but.... they also help take the edge off of menstrual cramps and I never have to get up and use the restroom at night when I have them on. I thought that was kind of weird. |

| I have the wrist wraps and love them. I work on the computer all day and now that I'm getting older I find my hands start aching at night. I wear them for a little bit at night before I go to bed and it helps out a lot. |

Location: In The Snow, AZ | Really excited to hear about all the positive reviews for the knee brace. I've had knee issues for most of my life. Nothing bad unless I twisted wrong. But my right knee has been acting up more lately. It will give out if I run. I have trouble walking upstairs. And most recently, slipped on this da*n ice and fell. Now it's swollen and painful. Looking into purchasing one I think. |

| So good to see all the reviews for the knee brace and I thank everybody for chiming in. Now I hope I can figure out what in the world I did to my right hip. Woke up Sunday morning and it hurts like a sonofagun. Old age is not for wimps. Every day is a new hurt or a new pain somewhere. I am a true believer in the turmeric/curmin products and take them every single day but they don't seem to do much for some of the pain I experience daily. Oh well, |

Get the dog blanket and lay it under you when you sleep. |

I bought the mattress pad in Nov, it has been on our bed ever since then. My husband has no idea what the purpose is other than its a mattress pad. I didn’t tell him because I wanted to see his reaction, to see if his aches and pains disappeared. He’s never once said anything about feeling better in the morning or his back not hurting. I never felt any difference in my aches and pains either. The only pro I can say is that the mattress pad keeps you much warmer, we live in an old farm house and its crazy cold upstairs. I will always put the BOT mattress pad on in the winter months, just to stay warmer throughout the night. |
