Beef or pork roast in the crock 1 packet rancch sprinkle on top 1 packet Aus Jus sprinkle on top 1 stick of butter 5-6 jarred pepperoncini peppers
Cook on low about 8 hours
(I stay gone from work for about 11 hours so I program to cook for 6 1/2 and then warm until I get home) |

Noodles: 2 cups flour, 2tsp salt, make a well and add 3 egg yolks & 1 egg. Mix until crumbly, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water a little at a time until forms a ball. Kneed until smooth on a floured surface. Split in 1/2 and roll each section out until thin then cut into strips. Toss with flour and let sit to rest and dry until ready to add to pot. Beef: Coat cubed stew meat in seasoned flour, brown in a little oil along with some diced up onion. When brown add some water and Beef Boulion cubes (4-5) and let simmer until the meat is tender. Add enough water if needed to cook the noodles (have boiling before adding the noodles) Boil or simmer until the noodles are cooked stiring often. I add some kitchen bouquet for flavor or you could use worshershire (sp?) otherwise just season to your likening. It is good eating! |

Location: North MS | Unstuffed cabbage in my new instant pot electric pressure cooker! I'm literally waiting on it to finish now. Dumped all the ingredients in and just sit and wait 8 minutes for it to be done after it builds up pressure. Yay! |

Same here! Put some ribs in the crock pot, add a little salt and pepper, smother with BBQ sauce and let them cook for 4-5 hours. They are outstanding. |
